Frequently Asked Questions? |
What made our service #1
in 2007?
In 2007, our company Sold over
$85
MILLION in property, more than any other Flat Fee Listing Service in
Massachusetts. This is verifiable information that can be
confirmed with the MLS.
|
Why use this service?
You should use this service because you
can list your property in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service),
the #1 sales tool for all property sold, and you will save
thousands of dollars. You will still be a For Sale by
Owner. |
How long does it take for the
property to be listed?
Once all your materials have been received
your property listing will be processed. Typically, if we receive
all materials before 4pm, Monday-Friday and before 12pm,
Saturday-Sunday, your property will be listed the same day. If we
receive materials at night, then your property will be listed the
next day.
The office is open until 6pm, Monday-Friday and 1pm, Saturday-Sunday
and closed on Holidays. Although, we tend to work after-hours a
majority of the time, so we make every effort to get your property
listed the same day. |
|
Who will call?
Agents and Buyers will call you direct to see your
property. They can find your information on our website
and if they call us we will give them your contact information. |
How does the
General Public see my listing?
The most popular way the General
Public can see your listing is by finding it on Partner
Websites, such as Realtor.com and Boston.com. It is also
accessible through any real estate company website that has MLS
search. |
What is the difference between a
Basic Listing and a Showcase Listing on Realtor.com?
Benefits of Showcase Listings include:
- Open House Information displaying your Property Address
- Scrolling Marquee for Additional Description
- a link to our website so Buyers can get Seller's Contact
Information without an Agent
- Up to 25 Photos
- Headline that reads: "Showing Information at www.EntryOnly.com"
A Basic Listing only shows one photo and has no
additional description.

How much of a commission will I pay?
If you sell your property directly to a Buyer, then you pay 0%.
However, to be listed on the MLS you must offer a
commission to a Buyer's Agent. We recommend between 2-3%
and the average is 2.5%. If you offer less than 2%, do not
expect many Agents to contact you. Some Agents will try to
negotiate a higher commission. Regardless, you can offer whatever you
want, but not less than 1% and you can always change it later. To see
what other Sellers have paid click on "SOLD
LISTINGS". |
